Haley Ryan, Managing Broker and Owner of Hip Real Estate, has been a multi-million dollar producing agent in the Greater Oklahoma City and Norman market areas since 2003. Property management and investor sales are her specialty. She also loves working with young adults and first time home buyers. Her investment background offers an in depth perspective on the market that any buyer or seller will find helpful and unique among Realtors.
Her property management experience began in 2002. Since then Haley has managed thousands of properties for hundreds of investors. In 2005 Haley was the winner of the Donald M. Furbush award given through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). This merit based scholarship is awarded to one property manager only once every-other-year nation wide.
In 2007 Mrs. Ryan completed the Oklahoma State broker licensing course and became a real estate broker. She continues to focus on continuing education as a means of advancing her understanding of the complexities of the market and skills as a buyer and seller consultant.
Paul Swigart, Property Manager has extensive experience in customer service and administration. He finished his BA in History from The University of Oklahoma in 2002. Beginning in 2008 Paul began his training as a property manager and has continued his formal training in investment management by attending numerous seminars and courses on the complexities of the Oklahoma Landlord Tenant Act.

Our management fees range from 8-12% of gross collected rent per month depending on the age, size, and location of your investment. We currenlty manage properties in Norman, Moore, Oklahoma City, Edmond, The Village, Nichols Hills, Midwest City, Yukon, and Mustang. We accept credit card rent payments for ease of collecting rent and offer direct deposit for owners at no extra charge.
